1. Machine instruction

LB-650-850-5P flexo printing machine is new developed machine for single coated and double coated paper, it is suitable for PVC and OPP etc too.

This machine adopt ceramic anilox to transfer ink, unwinding and rewinding are controlled by magnetic power brake and tension controller. Each printing unit adopt 360 degree printing plate fix and adjust, each printing unit has one IR dryer, it can choose UV dryer as additional. When machine stop, ink roll move away, and run in low speed to avoid ink dry. The width can be adjust as customer's requirement.

2. Characteristics

1) Adopt the anilox roller to spread ink.

2) Unwinding tension is controlled by automatic tension controller from Japan Mitsubishi.

3) Each printing unit adopt 360°for registration.

4) Each printing unit have one IR dryer

5) The rubber roller can break away automatically while parking, and run at a low speed in order to avoid ink being dry.

6) The main motor is adopted the import stepless regulation of frequency conversion.

7) Unwinding, web guiding, printing, IR drying and rewinding can be finished in one process. This is an ideal machine for printing factory to print many kinds of paper cup.
